General Terms

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you”) to Conmart Trading (hereinafter referred to as “Conmart Trading”, “Montblanc Romania”, “us” or “we”, on the website www.montblancromania.com).

By using www.montblancromania.com and/or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions specified below (“Terms”). Before placing an order, please ensure that you have read and understood the Terms.

Only individuals aged 18 or over, who are not under guardianship, who are not acting as a legal entity, and who have a residence or other address in Romania (excluding address forwarding companies) may place an order.

The inclusion of any products or services on www.montblanc.ro at any given time does not imply or guarantee that these products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms from time to time without prior notice. Your order will be subject to the Terms specified on www.montblancromania.com at the time of placing the order.

Prices and Delivery Costs

The prices displayed on www.montblancromania.com include the Value Added Tax (VAT) as provided by law, but do not include delivery costs.
Delivery policy

Placing your order

The available ordering options are via www.montblanc.ro, by phone, or by e-mail using the email address: office@montblancboutique.ro. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order. If, for any reason, we are unable to process your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. If we have already received payment for your order, we will try to refund your amount using the same method used to make the payment.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel or return your order from the date of placing the order until the 15th day after receiving the ordered products.

If you wish to cancel or return your order, please send us a notification via email at office@montblancboutique.ro or contact us by phone at M: 0770 322 793 or T: 021 310 29 76.

Refunds will be made using the same method used for the payment as soon as possible, no later than 10 days from receiving your cancellation notice, provided that we have received the items.

Product Warranty

All products purchased through www.montblanc.ro benefit from the 2-year Montblanc International Warranty.

Product Returns

Montblanc Romania guarantees a full refund provided that all products are returned in the same condition as they were upon receipt. This means that the products must not have been damaged, altered, and that any product or package label must be intact. Shipping costs are not refunded.

Personalized products cannot be returned: writing instruments that have been engraved and/or leather items that have been embossed at the request and with the written consent of the customer. You may cancel or return your order from the date of placing the order until the 15th day after receiving the ordered products, in accordance with Law no. 130/2000.

Payment Methods

1. Online by bank card: Visa or MasterCard.
Online payments will be processed through the MobilPay platform under maximum security conditions, with no additional commission charged.

2. Cash or Cash on Delivery (COD). This method is valid for purchases of up to 5,000 lei.
Our courier partner is Fan Courier.

3. Bank transfer (You will receive a proforma invoice with payment details immediately after placing the order).

4. Cash deposit directly into our bank account.

Printing Errors

Conmart Trading S.R.L. assumes no responsibility for printing or display errors regarding prices, features, or product images. In the event that an order cannot be fulfilled due to such errors, Conmart Trading S.R.L. reserves the right to cancel the respective order and notify the customer as soon as possible about the error that occurred.

Shipping Damages

If the delivered products show signs of damage due to transport, the customer is obliged to report these damages to office@montblancboutique.ro and has the right to refuse the shipment.

By using the www.montblanc.ro website, you implicitly agree to the Terms and Conditions of Use. For the best use of the site, it is recommended to read the Terms and Conditions of Use carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions of Use: Conmart Trading reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions of Use whenever it considers it necessary, without prior notice. The version in force of the Terms and Conditions of Use is always available on the site.
