Refund policy

You can cancel or return your order, without invoking any reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, in accordance with Law no. 130/2000.

Montblanc Romania guarantees a full refund provided that all products are returned in the same condition in which they were received. This means that the products must not have been damaged, altered, and any product label must be intact. The warranty certificate must also be returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Consumables and personalized products cannot be returned: writing instruments that have been engraved and/or leather items that have been embossed upon request and with the client's written consent.

Refunds will be made using the same method used to make the payment as soon as possible, within at most 2 days from receiving your cancellation notice, provided that we have received the items.
